I started Severin Counselling Minds as I am extremely passionate about helping and reaching out to the vulnerable of all ages, who may be facing life challenges and experiences.

I can offer mindfulness, compassion and CBT and, being registered blind myself, I am able to fully listen, understand and empathise without any judgement in order to help with self-reflection and emotional needs.

With over 26 years of experience, I can identify problems and am fully committed to delivering the best therapy possible to help improve your overall mental health.

I take pride in my work; this enables me to genuinely help others facing phobias, weight related issues, low moods, concentration issues, and more.
